We are dedicated to creating marketing tools that build awareness and generate support for organizations committed to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.

amy bond

Disability Service Providers with whom she has worked over the years have described Amy Bond as “humane,” “genuine,” “sympathetic,” even “funny” and “clever.” But don’t allow her gentle, calm demeanor leave you thinking Amy is some kind of softy. When it comes to producing results for her clients, she is tenacious, focused, persistent, responsive and rock steady.

Prior to helping organizations with a disability-orientation connect with their multiple audiences, Amy honed her talents in the research & development departments at several well-known studios — including Capcom, Crystal Dynamics and Electronic Arts — where she worked on blockbuster titles, such as Walt Disney World, Lord of the Rings and James Bond.

These days, Amy is much more than an exceptional art director with a keen eye for the big picture. She’s a resourceful problem-solver, fully committed to helping her clients not just meet, but surpass their goals through creative work that’s on track, on time and on budget.

gary epis

Gary Epis has a long history of helping organizations establish a distinctive brand and develop compelling marketing communications around it. Disability Service Providers have acknowledged they most appreciate his eagerness to roll up his sleeves and produce meaningful, measurable results, as well as the sense of geniality, honesty and trustworthiness that he brings to the working partnership.

A Cal Poly graduate with a degree in business who also studied design at UC-Berkeley, Gary provides clients of The Purpose Lab with the rare combination of business insight and creative vision.

Big firms assign an account rep to funnel work through a system that is often bureaucratic, disjointed and remote. Amy Bond and Gary Epis, on the other hand, remain with you from initial meetings through production. They perform as extensions of your in-house team. One point of contact. A partner through it all. A partner with a purpose.
